Death Wobble at 40 mph

it's on a 99 TJ, and it gets EXTREMELY bad death wobble when you get to 40 mph, anybody know any solutions? i just had it aligned, again, still with no success.
2002 Z71, 6" ProComp, 35" BFG MT, custom front and rear prerunner bumpers

lots of things can cause that. wheels, tires, axles, tie rods, etc. I had that problem on mine a while back and it turned out to be my sway bar not being connected.
